Wonderful Experience! Okay....so I have a 2010 Challenger SRT8! Had got bored with the car. So bored, that I let my older sister start driving it. YIKES👀 So with the new 1 Okay....so I have a 2010 Challenger SRT8! Had got bored with the car. So bored, that I let my older sister start driving it. YIKES👀 So with the new 15'+ lineup out with the new 8-speed autos, and complete revamp, I knew I wanted one and it was time to have fun driving again. I live in Texas (the outskirts of Houston), and my stepfather told me his buddy owned a dealership in Arizona (Big Al) and if I was interested, Al would take care of me. After chit chatting on the phone and seeing what I was interested in, Big Al then set me up with one of his salesman, Charlie Bennett. Charlie's a really cool, good guy. He didn't pressure me one bit, and if anything I pressured him lol. He reassured me time and time again, that "We will take care of you!" I had wanted a Charger Scatpack so bad and he was very honest in telling me that they really weren't making a lot of them, and we would have to order it and have it built. I wasn't interested in waiting on that. So he asked me was there possibly anything they had that I liked? And boy I did. 2016 Torred ScatPack Challenger A8 with leather/alcentera. I'm more than pleased. Mr. Charlie went out of his way to get me approved. Not only did he get me approved, but at a nice interest rate, with warranty, GAP, free oil changes for 5 yrs, etc. With me working so much and in a different state, the whole team worked with me via TEXT/Cell phone and that was awesome. Again, no one pressured me nor bothered me. They did a heck of a job getting me in this car. Still can't believe that it's happening! Go see this great group of people for your next vehicle purchase. Superstitions, Charlie deserves whatever kinda bonus, vacation, raise that he can get! I really appreciate that guy. More

Poor treatment Jeff Banner is a great salesman he is funny and really good at his job. We thought we found the car for us... once we went to talk to the loan person Jeff Banner is a great salesman he is funny and really good at his job. He was really rude, kept looking at his phone, even told us he was having a bad day (nobody wants to hear about your bad day our car was total in an accident not our fault, we were injured, our kids were in the car and you want to talk about bad day). He kept saying we are not keeping you hostage here if you don't like the car but it honestly felt he was. We are very disappointed. It was the worst car shopping experience we have ever had. We walked out and decided to buy a car somewhere esle. I will definitely not recommend this place More

service horrible , incompetent and careless I bought my first new car. It has been the worst experience for me ..It has been in and out of service for the past year for numerous issues.Mainly tr I bought my first new car. It has been the worst experience for me ..It has been in and out of service for the past year for numerous issues.Mainly transmission problems.They keep telling nothing is wrong with it .They dont want to honor there warrantys purchased and they (in my opinion ) severely damaged my car while doing repairs while the car was in there care..Trying to get it resolved but we keep getting the runaround cant get any information on insurance to file claim for damages .. they offered alot of empty promises and now im left with a mechanically unsound car thats damaged due to there carelessness .Which brings down my car value.I refuse to take it back to them for any kind of service and Im not the only one complaining of damage to my car ..I just want this nightmare over with..Its really sad ..They have ruined my new car buying experience ,dont want to do this ever again More
