I have been in the Jeep community for over 20 years. I've recently purchased another Wrangler and brought it into Stonecrest Jeep Dodge, for a diagnostics check. I was advised that I needed a Clocksprin I've recently purchased another Wrangler and brought it into Stonecrest Jeep Dodge, for a diagnostics check. I was advised that I needed a Clockspring and my tires were showing signs of dry rot and it was suggested to purchase a new set. At that time I was told that the tires would be buy 3 and get the 4th for a dollar, I agreed on all service. Time passed while waiting on parts (approximately 2 weeks), I was assured that I would get the tires because it was agreed upon and on a open ticket. Once picking up my Jeep I was told that I had to pay full price for all 4 tires. I asked to speak to the Rusty Higgins to discuss the price, he never came. Upon arriving home I noticed that the tires I paid full price for were NOT the ones on my vehicle. I returned to the dealership not only to have them fix the issue but to speak to Rusty regarding the deal that I was promised. I requested to speak to Rusty, an associate returned with a forwarded message from him(" GO FILE A COMPLAINT").. I left Chrysler Dodge Jeep Stonecrest feeling Ignored, Dismissed and Extremely Frustrated!!!!. Rusty Higgins showed no concern for the customer which makes him VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. More
Like others have mentioned, If I could leave NEGATIVE STARS - I would! AVOID AT ALL costs. I took my vehicle in for (extended) MOPAR Warranty work. They had my vehicle 5 days short of a month. ZERO STARS - I would! AVOID AT ALL costs. I took my vehicle in for (extended) MOPAR Warranty work. They had my vehicle 5 days short of a month. ZERO - NOT ONE CALL OR TEXT from them. I had to imitate all calls. Placed on hold at minimum 15 minutes if I did get an answer....most time were 20-30 minute total hold times. I have a tracker on my vehicle. Someone one riding around in it last week for over a half hour...have the pix of the tracking to prove it! Is this a test drive? All over town? I can't wait to pick up the vehicle tonight and see how many miles extra are on it now. Also will be very curious if work is even done correctly. Needless to say based on the Service Dept. experience here....I wIll NEVER return, and although I've bought 3 new cars from Dodge in last 6 years......I WILL NEVER BUY OR VISIT THIS DEALER AGAIN! You've been warned. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! More

Where do I start first off I was charged for oil changes when I had a warranty and also purchased a brand new jeep ticking sound called Reggie(so call supervisor) no answer or never call back finally finds when I had a warranty and also purchased a brand new jeep ticking sound called Reggie(so call supervisor) no answer or never call back finally finds him at the dealer he claims oh I’ll call you back NEVER! This man shouldn’t be a manager he sucks all levels all he does is run and hide from problems! Not only that employees either call out or quit! Furthee investigation shows car techniction drove my car an extra 45 miles…119294 mileage out questioning whether this is reason for head gasket being blown?! Out of car and still have had that requested call from General manager that I requested 4 times. I’ve worked for a dealer as a lube tech and a line tech, and I know it doesn’t take 2hrs and 30 mins to do an oil change. I did just receive my summary and added services recommended, and then it told me that my truck would be ready by 12:30. So if that’s true I will be waiting here for 4 hours and 30 mins for a 20 min oil change. Service advisor was great though, technician doing the services? Nah, 0/100 More

Arrived 6am this morning. It's 12:30 pm, No one has seen my vehicle yet or explain why it taken so long... Since relocating to Stonecrest the service is just unacceptable. I had bought a pre-package playing paying for three oil changes in advance and they have a hard time finding that record. The last oil change required my car to be in The Body shop for four days as they fix the damage caused from them lifting it up incorrectly on the left. There’s a recall on my car and they refused to do it because it is over the mileage a lot, last time I heard about a recall they should have took care of the problem because if they knew that there was a problem on their side not my side that caused a problem. On May 19th I took my 2019 challenger to get serviced at the dodge dealer in StoneCrest GA and waited 4.5 hours for an oil change. It was two females at the desk when I entered the bldg and I informed the the dodge dealer in StoneCrest GA and waited 4.5 hours for an oil change. It was two females at the desk when I entered the bldg and I informed the both of them that I had two free oil changes that came with the car warrantyand two free rotations of tires as well. Once they were finally finished after 4.5 hours the same two female clerks at the desk tried to charge me $78.00 anyways and informed me that if I didn’t pay they weren't going to give my keys back. When I left the dealership I noticed that my car wasn’t operating normally like it was before the oil change....On May 20th the next day I took the car back to inform personnel that the hemi motor didn’t sound the same and was operating different. I informed Keith Black (service manager) also that my wheels felt like something had been damaged. Keith Black came out and was very rude towards me. I informed him that I got an oil change yesterday. I showed him the damages that had occurred to my vehicle and he stated “We don’t do unprofessional stuff like that. So I asked him did he see this car get worked on yesterday? He then stated he didn’t very rude. I informed him if he didn’t see it get worked on how do you know that any damages didn’t occur. He then goes to raised his hands in air and stated he was done and walked away. So I went and spoke to the general manager there and he did little to correct the situation or make me feel at ease. If you have a new valuable car I recommend you don’t take it to this dealership filled with rude and unprofessional conduct. The guy that actually did the oil change also admitted to joy riding. I am requesting to see any video from the time my car left to get service. My car only has 12000 miles on it and this is the second oil change I have received and now it feels like my Dodge Challenger has lost a lot of its power and the hemi seem to not be functioning properly. I had my tires rotated also. It totally feel like my car has been COMPROMISED and not serviced properly due to these malfunctions. It now rides like as if it needs rotors. My car doesn't ride the same. I seek an investigation on the laborers who dealt with my car due to the negligence and the state of the vehicle currently I will be getting In touch with the dealer I bought it from as well as the warranty Co.
