Will not honor warranty Replace clutch, flywheel,transmission in my wife's car. Less than 300 miles put on car and clutch went out again. Said will not repair car. Drag Racing Drive Abuse was their excuse but says nothing about that on paperwork. Do not do business with this dealership. I'm taking them to court!!! More

A Engineer was supposedly scheduled to work in my truck, I have yet to hear from anyone!!!! More

Horrible Customer Service On my last oil change, I left the dealership only to get an alert on my dash. Drove back to the dealership while trying to get them on the phone for 2 On my last oil change, I left the dealership only to get an alert on my dash. Drove back to the dealership while trying to get them on the phone for 20 minutes, and they had left my oil cap off. Gave me another free oil change, but no apologies or other considerations. Seemed put off that I was so upset. Went yesterday to get my oil changed again. I asked the guy in the intake on the length of time, he said an hour, and almost 2 hours later, I was finally able to leave. This was after I realized my car was already done and just sitting outside - unlocked, on a busy road, with the window down. Shame on me for thinking I would get better service on a different go round. More
