I have been in the Jeep community for over 20 years. I've recently purchased another Wrangler and brought it into Stonecrest Jeep Dodge, for a diagnostics check. I was advised that I needed a Clocksprin I've recently purchased another Wrangler and brought it into Stonecrest Jeep Dodge, for a diagnostics check. I was advised that I needed a Clockspring and my tires were showing signs of dry rot and it was suggested to purchase a new set. At that time I was told that the tires would be buy 3 and get the 4th for a dollar, I agreed on all service. Time passed while waiting on parts (approximately 2 weeks), I was assured that I would get the tires because it was agreed upon and on a open ticket. Once picking up my Jeep I was told that I had to pay full price for all 4 tires. I asked to speak to the Rusty Higgins to discuss the price, he never came. Upon arriving home I noticed that the tires I paid full price for were NOT the ones on my vehicle. I returned to the dealership not only to have them fix the issue but to speak to Rusty regarding the deal that I was promised. I requested to speak to Rusty, an associate returned with a forwarded message from him(" GO FILE A COMPLAINT").. I left Chrysler Dodge Jeep Stonecrest feeling Ignored, Dismissed and Extremely Frustrated!!!!. Rusty Higgins showed no concern for the customer which makes him VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. More
We had to sell our 23 Challenger RT to get another vehicle we had wanted for a long time that came available and shopped it to several dealers. We finally came to an agreeable number with Courtesy and vehicle we had wanted for a long time that came available and shopped it to several dealers. We finally came to an agreeable number with Courtesy and Calvin Graves in sales went above and beyond to get us $1000.00 more than the best offer we had to that point. I had to drive from North Florida and fly home so he setup with one of his teammates Ty Taylor to get me to the airport. Ty was very personable and got me there safe and on time. I would highly recommend giving Calvin a chance to go above and beyond on your best deal you will not be disappointed. More
Like others have mentioned, If I could leave NEGATIVE STARS - I would! AVOID AT ALL costs. I took my vehicle in for (extended) MOPAR Warranty work. They had my vehicle 5 days short of a month. ZERO STARS - I would! AVOID AT ALL costs. I took my vehicle in for (extended) MOPAR Warranty work. They had my vehicle 5 days short of a month. ZERO - NOT ONE CALL OR TEXT from them. I had to imitate all calls. Placed on hold at minimum 15 minutes if I did get an answer....most time were 20-30 minute total hold times. I have a tracker on my vehicle. Someone one riding around in it last week for over a half hour...have the pix of the tracking to prove it! Is this a test drive? All over town? I can't wait to pick up the vehicle tonight and see how many miles extra are on it now. Also will be very curious if work is even done correctly. Needless to say based on the Service Dept. experience here....I wIll NEVER return, and although I've bought 3 new cars from Dodge in last 6 years......I WILL NEVER BUY OR VISIT THIS DEALER AGAIN! You've been warned. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! More
The vehicle I went to see was way overpriced, and they were not willing to negotiate a sane price at all. Even when I offered to pay in full. Almost $30,000 for a truck with 100,000 miles (with warranty a were not willing to negotiate a sane price at all. Even when I offered to pay in full. Almost $30,000 for a truck with 100,000 miles (with warranty added on) is completely unacceptable, especially for a base model. At the end I was pushed out of the door in a relatively rude manner. I had pointed out several issues and they seemed aggrivated by it. My first impressions were pleasant until they weren't getting their way. It is what it is and business is business I guess. More
Customer service after the sale is non existent unless they can make money off of it. I purchased a 22 RAM 1500 from them last year. It has less than 15 k miles and it's already breaking down. I called th they can make money off of it. I purchased a 22 RAM 1500 from them last year. It has less than 15 k miles and it's already breaking down. I called them a couple of weeks ago to try and get it checked out for the transmission. They told me the could not see me because they are backed up. This morning while riding down I-20 the whole truck shut down in the middle of the interstate. I took it to them and it will be at least a week before they will look at it. They won't provide me with a vehicle and they don't know how long they are going to keep it. Not very good customer service for someone that just bought a vehicle from you. More
I have been itching to leave this review. If i could give this location NEGATIVE stars, i would. I purchased a vehicle from carmax and took it here to be inspected and then serviced. I took m If i could give this location NEGATIVE stars, i would. I purchased a vehicle from carmax and took it here to be inspected and then serviced. I took my car there assuming it would be a 3-5 day process. After dropping my vehicle off, we asked that they stay in contact with us to keep us updated on the repairs. We received literaLLY NO communication. I’m already antsy because its a new car to me, and I’m ready to drive it. My car sat for 3 days before they even looked at it. I understand they may have been backed up but that’s where that communication comes in. That’s 3 days i could’ve been using my only form of transportation. Then, they finally inspect it and say it needs an alignment, and small handle in the back repaired. I told them after they complete the alignment, give me a call to come pick up my vehicle. I dont have a problem returning to get the handle fixed, but i NEED MY CAR. Its been there two weeks at this point. No call. We call to check the status of my vehicle, but of course no one answers. We decide we will show up, and regardless of what they have or haven’t done, in leaving with my vehicle, and will return when they’re ACTUALLY ready to work on it. We show up and they tell us they just received the part and my vehicle should be ready that same day at 4. We leave, and at 4 we call. Guess who doesn’t answer? We decide to return because my car should be ready right? We return to pick up my vehicle and apparently everything is done, but after the alignment that they supposedly completed days ago, a test drive must be done. They had not completed the test drive and say if i leave with the car and the test drive is not done, it voids my warranty. We drove up to dodge after being told my vehicle would be ready, just to have to leave without my car again. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this GOD-AWFUL LOCATION. I posted my experience to social media and got an outpour of agreement that this is the literal sorriest excuse for a dealership. I haven’t met a single person that has had a pleasant experience here. And don’t even try to file a complaint if you dont want to jump through hoops and perform circus tricks to get a manager on the phone. Lucky for them i have the time. I wont stop until the situation is rectified but you couldn’t pay me to return to this location. More
