But they said They found 4 other problems that were not there before I brought my car in. I noticed a loss of power, a new light on for traction control, and my INTAKE IS NOW DIRTY! They added a free carwash and a smile when I left directed me to drive all around to get out the place and there sales people were so close to wrecking me TWICE as I did so I just wanted to die from fright in this place. Never ever take your car here unless you like the danger zone. They are really bad really bad crooks. postinbg to facebook and calling BBB to have them reverify this shop and sales dealer. More

The evaluation of my car said disk brakes In very poor shape metal to metal with mega backs to fix. took car elsewhere they were puzzled and had me a actually look at the brakes... About 50 percent wear maximum tie rods some wear not serious. Am thou rely disappointed. Your dishonesty is appalling! How can you sleep at night? Trust me I won't be back Employees were friendly and courteous. This I can rate a 5 star More

I was extremely impressed and pleased with the optimal customer service provided by not only Doug Smith and Curt (sorry, did not get your last name) oh and the young lady that picked my up at my place of employment and drove me back to pick up my vehicle. They were extremely attentive and ensured that during my experience there was pleasant, comfortable and engaging. I am glad to know I purchased my vehicle at a dealership that puts customer service at the top. Thank you and I look forward to my next visit. very annoyed I purchased my vehicle in Jan 2013. I change my oil like I should, last time they failed to reset my change oil sensor so it has continually stayed o I purchased my vehicle in Jan 2013. I change my oil like I should, last time they failed to reset my change oil sensor so it has continually stayed on which is annoying. I have been contacted a number of times being told my oil needs to be changed because my onstar told them. I have told them no you forgot to reset it, I went in today because my battery already died. I asked them to reset the sensor again FAIL!!! I am not sure what you have to do to get them to do there job but at this point with all the recall chevy and gm have had maybe you should think twice about purchasing a vehicle from here. By the way if they want to offer you the buy back program they are wasting your time, I have sat in there office for hours for them to figure out I am still sitting there waiting for customer service. The last time I left, they called me 5 hours later looking for me. More
Two visits to service, two great experiences with Doug Smith My vehicle is only a little over a year old, and as such I have only had to bring it in twice for oil changes. Both times I have dealt with Doug Smit My vehicle is only a little over a year old, and as such I have only had to bring it in twice for oil changes. Both times I have dealt with Doug Smith and both times have had very positive experiences. As long as you make an appointment for simple maintenance, they get you in and out very quickly. Other than paying for a tire rotation, I have not had to shell out any money, so cannot comment on the overall pricing of their service. Doug was very polite, professional, and did what he said he would do in the time frame in which he promised it. I can't ask for much more. More
Wonderful Service, Great Experience and New Customer We appreciated the efficiency at Courtesy Chevrolet's service department, our adviser, Doug Smith, was so helpful, his professionalism in going over o We appreciated the efficiency at Courtesy Chevrolet's service department, our adviser, Doug Smith, was so helpful, his professionalism in going over our sons Outlooks problems, his effort in making sure the work order covered all our concerns and also making sure our shuttle ride home was secured. Even when we were waiting with our complimentary coffee, Doug still made the effort to check back on us prior to leaving on the courtesy shuttle. Everybody there was so helpful and courteous, as was the shuttle driver. With in a couple hours, Doug called, explaining the problems diagnosed and service required along with approximate costs. Later that afternoon we picked up our Saturn again with such efficiency and helpful assistance with it costing our son less than estimated. We hope we do not return to soon, but if we do have a problem, we know Mr Doug Smith will be there ready to assist us, thank you and God Bless. More
