He has always promptly accommodated me with a rental vehicle if necessary and My service representative is Tim Jackson - he is superior in every way! He has always promptly accommodated me with a rental vehicle if necessary and they have a courtesy car driver who picks me up and takes me back to my car when the service repair is done. The steps he took to build a rapport with me were fantastic. This type of service is what makes me want to go back and purchase my next vehicle. Although it was spur of the moment, I left the dealership wanting to make a deal on the vehicle. Nothing against the dealership, we just could not come to an agreement on price. That says a lot about service when you go somewhere for one thing and end up trying to negotiate for something new. When I think about it, all I can do is laugh. Honest, Best Service I've Ever Had Jackson let me know up front exactly what the cost of everything would be. When the diagnosis was finished he gave me multiple options, he made it was Jackson let me know up front exactly what the cost of everything would be. When the diagnosis was finished he gave me multiple options, he made it was about what was best for me, no pressure. I ended up getting four new tires. A couple of days after I got the tires I drove over some glass on the freeway and one of them went flat. Even though there was no warranty on them Jackson took up my case with the owner and got it replaced for free. He puts 100% into serving the people who come there. I was so happy that I got to work with him and I don't think Ill ever go anywhere else. More
