Worse service ever!!! Recently purchased my vehicle last September 2016, the sells department was real helpful helping me decide on the car I was looking into until I got i Recently purchased my vehicle last September 2016, the sells department was real helpful helping me decide on the car I was looking into until I got into the Financing department where I had to deal with Misty Gonzalez at first she was nice and helpful until it came about signing papers... I did mention to her I'm not completely sure about the extended warranty nor the gap insurance for the vehicle since it was pretty high and wanted to looks else where but she recommend that I do get it at the moment and she told me "I'm able to cancel both of the insurance's at anytime with no problem at all." And what can I say that was full of crap!!! Not even a complete month past by and I continually try to contacted her the first time she answered she mention that I'm unable to cancel any of the insurances without getting it with someone else and I told her I found another place way cheaper half the cost and she said that I would have to show her the paper work and I said okay so I emailed her all the information.... no response and a week later I try to call her she but instead of answering she dodges my phone calls. When I called with a different phone she answered not expecting it to be me and tells me that she never received my email which is BS and she made me drive all the way to the dealership (mentioning I live sort of far from) just to sign paperwork cancelling the insurances only took less then 10 mins but another thing is that she did NOT want to deal with me, she sent someone else to had me the paper and I'm going to be honest I was not frustrated and was trying to be respectful but the person that gave me the paperwork had no idea what he was doing and was such a struggle just getting copies of the cancellation. They mention it would take about 4-6 weeks for the cancellation to be in affect I said okay until the end of December once again she's dodging my phone calls finally getting in touch with her and I ask her how would I know when it cancelled for I can get my car covered she said the bank should either email or mail me something but I told her its been about to be two months and haven't heard anything and she said I don't know I would wait and little longer. So I got fed up dealing with her so I waited another couple more weeks and now it being almost the middle of January I call to speak with the manger in financing and tell him the bad service I've been receiving and that I'm just trying to cancel my insurance's and he tries to take a look at my cancellation paper work and he told me that there's nothing to show me trying to cancel anything. So right there pissed me off because clearly I've been waiting for almost three months for nothing. And have no choice to just drive all the way over there to demand them to cancel it. WORST SERVICE EVER. would NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE. More

They kept my car for 21 days and no fix These people had my car for 21 days and they called me and said there is nothing wrong with carrot is driving ok. I thought this place had certified Chevrolet mechanics. That's a joke. They also failed to check I had 2 recalls on my car. That place is a joke. Do not deal with them More
VERY DISAPPOINTED I called the service department with some questions about my vehicle whic is a 2015 and is having electrical issues. The level of customer service, attention to my vehicle, and keeping me informed is something I would only expect to find in a small town. Mike is definitely a man of his word and has rock solid integrity! Mike went above and beyond (in my eyes) to make sure my wheel issue was solved and I couldn't be happier.
