My mother has recently moved in with us under Hospice care and cannot be left alone. I needed service on my car and when I explained to Tim that I had "coverage" for my mother that day, he set it up to come in when I could make it, found a loaner car for me when there was none to be found and had me on my way within 15 minutes of dropping my car off for service. When it was finished, he called "just to let me know" it was done but that I could pick it up whenever it was convenient for me. This was on top of going his usual extra mile to take care of any issues we may be having. I cannot say enough about Tim - I hope he is able to read this for himself, because we really appreciate him.
