So many cars but I was out within one day! Tim Jackson is one "cool guy"! It has been hotter than Hades in Phoenix, and I had never seen so many cars--ever, yet Tim is there with a smile, and Tim Jackson is one "cool guy"! I love the service department with its little cafe and comfortable waiting area (the free drink coupon is nice to have, too!) This was our second visit with Tim as our new service adviser. The first time, one of our cars was towed into the dealership due to the battery being dead. This time, we needed an alignment after getting new tires, and again Tim worked us right into the schedule. I'd had to choose a new service adviser a month or so ago due to our previous (also excellent) adviser retiring. I checked these reviews and Tim had tons of 5-star reviews, plus somebody called him "Uncle Tim" in their review and that's all I needed to know! Tim is indeed like a really nice uncle+excellent service adviser -- super friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with. You definitely can't go wrong if you choose Tim! Thank you, Tim -- you are grrrrreat!!! More
