Service Department - 2016 Silverado I purchased my vehicle through courtesy Chevrolet and been through so many different service providers due to the fact that I have not received consis I purchased my vehicle through courtesy Chevrolet and been through so many different service providers due to the fact that I have not received consistent service. I have had some problems with the transmission a year after purchasing the vehicle and that was all rectified was worried that the transmission may have been a recall the service manager took care of my concerns with the recent providers I had and I was assigned Karen Buelow who took care of all my needs. What I do wish is that courtesy service should have looked at my vehicle history and realized that since my vehicle had more than 30,000 miles that I should of been offered to the opportunity to have all the required services done. Looking at my vehicle history since I purchased the truck a 15,000 mile or 30,000 mile maintenance service has not even been done on the vehicle and I have been bringing the truck in every 4000 for service. The only thing I had done was cabin filter change I think the service department needs to follow the mileage services requirements on any vehicle purchased through the store that is brought in for service. However, considering Karen was recently assigned to me as a provider it was probably an error that my vehicle's maintenance history was not followed through correctly. When I came in Saturday to do an oil change after a long trip, I spoke with victor who actually determined there were a lot of missed maintenance service requirements that were really necessary: i.e 30000 mile service brake fluid service, balance tires rotate, alignment, transmission fluid exchange, and fuel injector maintenance cleaning which should of been done when I had 15000 miles on the truck but it wasn't offered by the service provider before Karen took over my service maintenance. More

Selling Products and Services Your Vehicle Does Not Need Please do not take your vehicle to Courtesy for service. Their service consultants might be friendly and appear understanding, however, once you vehicle is in their possession, you have NO idea what they are actually doing to your vehicle. I have NO faith in their services department and would never recommend taking your vehicle there for service. Very disappointed and not-valued Chevy customer. (disappointed in the service performed on my vehicle only, not the service consultant). More

Awesome Experience from buying to service I live in Florence Arizona. I found a car that I wanted a Courtesy Chevrolet and took the time to drive over 60 miles to get there. I purchased the car a Chevy Cruze that was used for a fair price and everybody treated me respectfully more than you typically would expect from a car dealership. However I took the car in for a service today, which is about two months after the sale, and everybody was extremely friendly. However I needed to have a shuttle pick me up from my office. Delaney pick me up from the office and was extremely professional friendly and Interactive the entire 25 minute ride back to the dealership. He called me to let me know he was on his way, called me again to let me know he was there and was highly professional the entire time. This kid is awesome! If Courtesy Chevrolet continues to put their best person forward, as they did in this case, I can see them easily being the number one dealership in the nation! Keep up the good work guys and give Delaney a raise! More
