I wanted to inform Courtesy Chevrolet that the service department took care of my grandfather's car problems Hello, my review was also posted on yelp. I wanted to inform Courtesy Chevrolet that the service department took care of my grandfather's car problems. My grandfather purchased a used vehicle through Courtesy Chevrolet three months ago and he had to bring the vehicle to have something looked at. The service provider Karen was nice and she took care of us. Karen allowed my grandfather to take home a rental and we were very pleased. The only concern I had, which I did put in the yelp review, we were asked for a credit card by the representative so that she can make a copy of it in order to use the rental. So we are very concerned. I am employed as a home loan officer and we are not allowed to even make copies of a client's credit cards. Overall we were glad my grandfather's car got fixed so thank you Courtesy. More

Great Service Even though it took a couple hours for my oil change the amenities in the wait area made it not feel as long. I had my 5 year old and 3 year old with Even though it took a couple hours for my oil change the amenities in the wait area made it not feel as long. I had my 5 year old and 3 year old with me and the service team was great with them! Gave them hot wheels cars and coloring pages. The cafe food kept the kids busy as well. Good review The only downside of my experience was that I made an appointment for 10 a.m., took my car in at that time, took a Lyft to work at 1:30 and I called a The only downside of my experience was that I made an appointment for 10 a.m., took my car in at that time, took a Lyft to work at 1:30 and I called about 3:00 because I hadn't heard a word about what was wrong with my car, how long it was going to take, how much money it would cost, etc. I was left in limbo for 5 hours. I didn't know if I needed to take a Lyft to the dealership at the end of the day or home. I would think someone would have called me before then to give me some information about what was going on. Finally Bob called me back about 4:00 with what was wrong and that they needed to keep my car overnight. Otherwise, the service was very good. Got it done, it was under warranty. All is good. Communication is key! More
