True Courtesy I took my Chevy Sonic in for service. I don't know the names of the gentlemen that first greeted me, but they were very friendly and respectful. AJ to I took my Chevy Sonic in for service. I don't know the names of the gentlemen that first greeted me, but they were very friendly and respectful. AJ took the time to listen, ask clarifying questions, and offer arranging courtesy transportation. There was zero trace of condescension as I sometimes experience with mechanics. AJ kept me updated via the texting service. Every concern I expressed about my vehicle was documented in the paperwork along with the comments from the technicians. AJ communicated with my warranty company and made sure everything that could be covered by the warranty was taken care of. I only give a four for quality of work because one issue (high-pitched chirping sound when making turns and sometimes when accelerated) was addressed by the technicians, but unable to be diagnosed. I know they did a two-mile test drive, and reported not hearing the sound, so as far as they knew, all issues were resolved. After a few miles of driving my car, the sound is back and consistent, but I don't believe they were negligent of their duties. The cost of labor is high, but fair for what one would expect of a dealership. More

Good service and met all of my expectations Showed up without an appointment Wednesday to have my tail light bulb replaced on my 2012 Chevy Camaro convertible.
