As anyone I wanted to share my experience with Courtesy Chevrolet and praise Ben Johnson for the tremondous efforts he made in servicing my vehicle. As anyone knows it is extremely costly for repairs and Ben went above and beyond from scheduling the date and time to bring my vehicle to thier location to scheduling the uber service, including the disount to my oil change and working rapidly and proficiently on my vehicle in replacing the intake rocker cyliniod and following up as soon as my vehicle was ready. Thank you Ben again for all your hard work you are awesome. Blessings. More
Not in your corner I bought a certified car in 2017. The salesman Mike, who is a top salesman there seemed more concerned with getting me into a car then getting me into I bought a certified car in 2017. The salesman Mike, who is a top salesman there seemed more concerned with getting me into a car then getting me into a car that fit what I told him I wanted. He said they'd pay off the rest of my old car loan, but then haggled me down to then paying less than a quarter of the six payments I had left. He didn't care about getting me low payments but wanted to know how much I could afford in payments. The car cost the same as my old car did but I was paying over $100 more a month. I did take the extended warranty and GAP, which would increase the payment. They only offer one extended warranty which is the most expensive. I had a pre approved loan from Capital One, who had my previous car loan. They said they couldn't get it approved, although it was already approved. Capital One only allows so much profit for the dealership and I believe they went beyond that so they talked me into Ally for my car loan. This was my worse experience in purchasing a car. On a positive note. I've had great experiences with the service department. They are always friendly and have gotten me in and out in a reasonable time. I'm a Veteran, and they have free oil changes for Veterans who purchase their car from the dealership. They do this on Fridays. That is a great perk from the dealership. The only issue I've had with the service department is that an appointment time is more like a check in time, not when your car will actually be serviced. Great service department. More
