I wasn’t at the dealership, I’m rating their service dept. as average. I have done oil changes for the past 7 yrs at sands Chevrolet, they offer me coffee, water,or refreshments while I waited; not on dept. as average. I have done oil changes for the past 7 yrs at sands Chevrolet, they offer me coffee, water,or refreshments while I waited; not only that but they greet me with a positive happy face when I arrive, they offer me a Lyft & last but not least, they wash my car as courtesy! So based in comparison, these guys are at Courtesy Chevrolet are way behind their game sorry :( The oil change tho was quick, I’ll give them that! 👍🏼 More

This only thing is that Courtesy is so popular and so many more people flock to Phoenix, workers are swamped and cannot always keep you updated with the progress on one's vehicle.
