They sold my husband and me a car that has engine issues. This is the second time the check engine light has come on. The problems started within 2 weeks of purchasing a used 2017 Ford Fusion Platinum. These people had our car in the shop for over a week to replace a purge valve and dual check valve. Now my check engine light is back on due to a cylinder 2 misfire. The salesperson who sold us the car and the service manager have been ignoring our calls. Don't purchase a vehicle here unless you intentionally want to buy a lemon that will leave you without reliable transportation. These people are very unprofessional and unethical. Now I have to get a lawyer to deal with this. They also haven't emailed me my contract after requesting it several times and never gave me a hard copy. More

I recently gave a 5 star but I'm declining that to a 2 stars . I went in for routine oil change and a problem with my AC only blowing cool not cold . I left it ona Friday at 800 in morning . Because a specialist had to check out AC . He found no leaks just low freon ? No reason why it got low . I had took my trunk in spotless since I have ACD . They didn't call me to tell it was done , I called them and found out it was done . So when I pick up wensday evening off returning my rent car . My truck was filty . Like it got rain and dust . Anyway they didn't was it and it was a sunny day . So when I was it the next day , I saw a big dent and bumper scratches . I reported it to the service department and it's been 6 days and a lot if we will call you back and no one never does . My next option is to go and talk to the dealership manager even though I tried to call him with no avail . More
