I have been using Courtesy and specifically Timothy Jackson for over one year now. Nothing against the other service writers, but I exclusively use Timothy Jackson. I manage over 5 Chevrolet's for my Jackson for over one year now. Nothing against the other service writers, but I exclusively use Timothy Jackson. I manage over 5 Chevrolet's for my employer including a Tahoe LTZ, a Suburban LTZ, a 2010 Camaro SS, an Impala SS, and a very highly modified Corvette. Tim always takes care of my vehicles in a timely manner. I am usually on a strict schedule, but Tim is always able to accommodate me. From the service work I have performed at Courtesy, to the GM upgrades Tim J. coordinates with Tim S. in the Pro Shop, to dealing with Bryan Long on the sales side, all of Courtesy's employees are very professional and knowledgeable. I usually ask a lot of questions, and all 3 of these gentleman have a vast amount of information to satisfy me. I currently do not drive a Chevy as my personal vehicle, but after getting to know Tim and his peers, I am definitely going to buy my next truck at Courtesy. I trust Bryan, Tim S, and especially Tim Jackson to take care of me from point of sale, to accessorizing it, and most importantly servicing it for many miles to come. More
I have been working with Tim at Courtesy for about 10 years. He is always friendly and no matter how long between visits remembers my name. He always does everything he can to assist me and get things do years. He is always friendly and no matter how long between visits remembers my name. He always does everything he can to assist me and get things done in a timely manner. Courtesy as a whole has been great on maintenance and has informed me of recalls when they conme in, even though i have an older vehicle. Their maintenance is excellent and, with the exception of one incident which baffled everyone, they have always found the problems and fixed them most expeditiously. A great place to take your vehicle. The price is a little high, what you'd expect from a dealership, but worth it. More

I would recommend the service Department as long as you deal with Tim Jackson. I am sure the rest of the employees are as good, but Tim by far is the best. The sales area with O'jay is a different story deal with Tim Jackson. I am sure the rest of the employees are as good, but Tim by far is the best. The sales area with O'jay is a different story. I was told that I got the military discount along with the current incentives, when in fact that promise was not kept. Even going to Government Motors President, I did not get a reply. I had referred my in law's and they also bought a Equinox like mind. O'Jay told me I would get a referral fee. After 5 months and leaving notes on his desk and phone messages that went un-anserwed and going to management I received a $100. check. xxxx, even management did not want to part with the money. Stupid me, while having my car serviced, I ask O'Jay to give me a price on a 2010 Chevy Silverado for my wife. He of course wanted to make the deal then. I mentioned that I wanted check another dealers price. He told me I was given the best price and another dealer couldn't beat it. Well Brown & Brown Chevrolet in Mesa did beat it by many hundreds of dollars and the sales staff were just supper and put in extra step bars, permeant bed liner, dash mat and other little things to make it a nice buying experience. At another service call, O'Jay saw me and asked If I got that" great deal" from the other dealer, sort of rudely. Of-course I did. This company is long on promises and short on commitment. I would not purchase from this dealership again, However the service department is great with Tim Jackson there. More

John Raffa is an outstanding salesman! We purchased 3 new Chevy's and plan on future purchases at Courtesy. He is fair, honest, and I don't feel like he plays the "let me go talk to my manager" game. new Chevy's and plan on future purchases at Courtesy. He is fair, honest, and I don't feel like he plays the "let me go talk to my manager" game. Tim Jackson works in service. He is awesome! He knows I have an awful work schedule and always seems to squeeze me in some how. The vehicle is done when planned and the check out process is expedited. I never feel like something is being done to my vehicle(s) that is not necessary. I trust Tim's judgement and will always take my vehicle(s) to Tim for repair and routine service. More
I'm driving my second Silverado from Courtesy Chevrolet and have been their customer since 2004. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience with ANY of the personnel at the dealership and for and have been their customer since 2004. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience with ANY of the personnel at the dealership and for a car dealer that's unusual. I'll start with the service after the sale since that's what keeps me coming back. Anyone can luck out and get a good deal when making an initial purchase. If, however, you're not treated as a valued customer with honesty and respect AFTER the sale you have no reason to continue as a customer and you certainly wouldn't return for any additional purchases. Well, Tim Jackson is my service adviser and he really takes care of me. I trust him (which is a really big deal) and respect his opinion. Today I was in for a GM Safety Recall and Tim had me in and out in less than an hour. Tim's not the only good service adviser but I've got to think he's one of the best. He even assisted me in the purchase of my truck. Speaking of which, Mike Strickland bent over backwards to get the right truck and the right deal for me. I couldn't be happier with Courtesy Chevrolet and plan to be their customer for all my future vehicle needs. More
