Nick is excellent at his job. However his support doesn't match up. I could not reach him by phone becuase the dealership had not corrected his extension and the perosn to whom my message was directed (Mark) match up. Nick explained eveything thoroughly but the dealership costs were high. Thus, I did not agree to every recommended item and have the work done elsewhere. I first moved out to AZ in 2008, and I was really worried about what dealership was going to work on my car. As soon as I got out of my car I felt welcome, like I was back home at the dealership I bought my about what dealership was going to work on my car. Prior to having Tim Jackson as my Service Consultant I had Mark Hurtt. Mark was one the best service consultant I have ever had. He was very friendly, outgoing, funny, and down to earth. He was very helpful in every way possible. I was very upset when I found out that he was leaving. When I first started bring my car to Courtesy Chevrolet I had asked Mark if he was to ever leave who would he recomend to be my service consulant. He stated, "Tim Jackson". When I first met Tim he had a great smile on his face and it never left. Everytime I come in there he is always smiling. It GREAT!!!!!! He is very friendly, outgoing, funny, and I respect him a lot. Tim is also very helpful as well. He has always guided me in the right direction when it comes to what I need done to my car. Tim I just want to thank you and your are no doubt the BEST!!!!!!! Not only has my service consultant been great, but the guys who pull your car up afterwards are just as awsome as well. Everytime I am sitting outside, they are so friendly and conversational.
