This month, I brought my car in to have the seat belt buckle repaired on the driver's side. My sales rep Mr. Tim Jackson was assisting me that day with my repair issues. I brought in my car to for a detailing because I got a great deal for this service at a local website. Unfortunately, when I picked it up later, I noticed there was damage to the plastic center caps on my great deal for this service at a local website. I am new to this area and was looking online for the BEST rated Dealership in town. This was called out as having the best customer service and I made an appt to go in. They checked me in and I waited in t rated Dealership in town. This was called out as having the best customer service and I made an appt to go in. A good amount of time went by...enough for me to wonder why so much time had gone by for an oil change, tire rotation and a lightbulb replacement. Nick went out of his way to make it up to me! Let's face it, we all get overwhelmed at somepoint and may have something slip, but it's all in how you course correct and make it right.
