I am new to this area and was looking online for the BEST rated Dealership in town. This was called out as having the best customer service and I made an appt to go in. A good amount of time went by...enough for me to wonder why so much time had gone by for an oil change, tire rotation and a lightbulb replacement. Nick went out of his way to make it up to me! Let's face it, we all get overwhelmed at somepoint and may have something slip, but it's all in how you course correct and make it right. Nick was awesome in response and made sure my delay was met with 'customer appreciation'...won't go into all that he did for me, but he went out of his way to make it right. Went in for a oil change on my vehicle. Have not been completely satisfied with my vehicle so decided to take a look around well I was waiting. As I walked the lot Robert had approached me & asked if I completely satisfied with my vehicle so decided to take a look around well I was waiting. As I walked the lot Robert had approached me & asked if I needed any help. I told him that I was looking for my future car. He asked more info as to what I had and what I was looking for. We walked around to the 2011 Camero and I new I wanted this vehicle. Robert was very patient and did all that he could do so that I was happy & walked out with the vehicle that I wanted. I really enjoyed the great customer service that Robert had provided as well as the other staff. All the staff were very friendly.
