While visiting Phoenix for the BCS title game I discovered on late Saturday morning my Suburban was an attempted theft with jammed lock and ignition and not drivable. I avoided Courtesy Chebrolet for years due to a bad experience years ago. Recently I replaced my 1972 Chevy Cheyenne Pickup with a 2007 Silverado. I took my car in to get a new key fob for my 2005 chevy malibu because my previous one had broken. I asked him before he took my keys about how long it would be and he replied roughly 2 hours to inspect my car and to reprogram my key fob. It took that exact amount of time, no more...no less. This month, I brought my car in to have the seat belt buckle repaired on the driver's side. My sales rep Mr. Tim Jackson was assisting me that day with my repair issues. He has been my sales rep for a few years now, and he tries to make sure that my car gets the services it needs or if there are services that my car may be need in the down the line. He has helped me feel assured that my car will be well taken care of. If necessary, he also makes shuttle services available to me if I need to get to work and back to the dealership to pick-up my car when it's ready. Tom kept me informed during the repair and it was ready when promised for a fair price. The second visit was for a complete detailing. Unfortunately, when I picked it up later, I noticed there was damage to the plastic center caps on my great deal for this service at a local website.
