I had purchased a groupon for a car detail. Ryan met with me at 8 am. I was waiting for the service, so he was sure to get me out as soon as he could! I was out of there by 12:30. Chris was great. He was very helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done. The weather striping for my door had to be shipped in from Michigan and I was prepared to bring the car back on Monday work that needed to be done. I went to Courtesy Chevrolet on a promotion for a car detail. Ryan Long displayed complete "Courtesy" with me. During the safety check, a couple items that warranted attention were discovered. Ryan phoned me, discussed them with me and I proceeded with some of that service. The car was ready when he said it would be and it was conveniently parked for me. In addition to the detail job making my car look almost brand new, the other work was done in a timely manner and at a competitive rate. Although the dealership is not convenient to where I live, I feel I have found a place that I can take my car and be confident that Ryan will make sure the car is properly repaired.
