I was at your service department on Oct. 4th, 2011 around noon to get an oil change on my 2004 Chevy Malibu Classic. After it was done I drove home and parked the car. The car did not move untill Thursday noon to get an oil change on my 2004 Chevy Malibu Classic. After it was done I drove home and parked the car. The car did not move untill Thursday night. On Thursday I noticed a smell of burning oil but did not think it was my car as my car does not burn oil or leak any type of fluid. On Friday the smell was so strong it made me sick, and I could see that it was coming from underneath the car. When I got home I saw a big pool of oil in my parking spot. I parked and got out and noticed a trail of oil where I had driven. On Saturday the 8th I had my car towed in for them to find the problem. The problem was the oil filter. It did not seal right and that caused all the problems. I was upset that I had to bring the car back again and had to tow it in for fear of my engine seizing up. Now I might be fined for leaking so much oil in my parking spot at the complex where I live. My confidence in your mechanics to do the job fell dramatically. It was a very simple job to perform. I was scared that it had done something to my engine. I also bought the car from you and have been very happy with it. I had a transmission flush done there and a four wheel brake job done there as well. On that Saturday Bob in service took care of me because the normal person I deal with is Ryan Long and he was off for that day. I hope this is the last bad experience that I have at your dealership. More

I waited for my car and enjoyed the comfortable customer waiting area with it's numerous amenities. My car was ready in less time than anticipated and the payment/checkout process was quick and easy. I have been coming to Courtesy Chevrolet for service on my car for several years and have always been greeted by Joe Turnage. I have never see a more dedicated, hard working man as he. I watch through the windows and see Joe helping out in all aspects of the service area. I think this man deserves a raise and I nominate him as Courtest Chevrolet's offical service department greeter. Joe is one of the reasons I come back year after year, he is a Courtesy Chevrolet icon. Service reps come and go, but Joe is the person I can count on to be there with a smile and a warm greeting. Thank you Joe, for your beautiful smiling face, it makes my day brighter...also kudos go out to Ted Kutner, who worked on my car with a great attention to detail and took the time to do the work right the first time. I felt assured after speaking with him that the issue would be resolved...and, it was. As an added bonus, he had my car washed and vacuumed. No one LIKES having car repairs, but Bryan made the experience as "painless" as possible. I bought my car from Courtesy Chevrolet about 7 years ago, and, with the exception of a set of tires and a battery, have had all my service work and repairs done at the dealership. My regular service manager, Tim Jackson, is also a wonderful, intelligent professional! Your entire staff is always pleasant and helpful! More

Since I am a single parent I have to watch my budget. The reputations some of the dealerships have, well, you hear horror stories. You have to find a dealership you trust. I've gotten to know Eric Montano in the service department who helps me for EVERYTHING that I may need for my car. He's helped get my air conditioner fixed in time to visit my sick mother in Yuma, and has scheduled me for oil changes and shows a genuine interest in my safety by noticing when my tires are bad. Eric and another co-worker had my familes safety on their minds. When my mother died I brought in my car for another oil change and because Eric knows how important my trips to Yuma are to me and my family, he had it looked over everywhere. There are even times he has that car wahsed for me. I can say without a doubt, that I can trust Eric in the service department. He explains everything to me when additional services are needed on my car. Way to go Eric!! You have my complete confidence!!! More
Brought my car in without an appointment to get the turn signal lamp fixed. Tim got the car looked at very quickly and had the tech check all the lights.
