I was advised by another garage that my struts were blown out and needed to be replaced. I scheduled the service with Courtesy. David Molinar was my Service Technician. He informed me that my struts were out and needed to be replaced. I scheduled the service with Courtesy. David Molinar was my Service Technician. He informed me that my struts were in great shape and the noise I was hearing was just a lubrication issue. His honesty saved me $500.00 dollars today and I wanted him to be commended for his Service Excellence and I also wanted to personally thank him. Tim is the Service Person with whom I deal. He is just great; answers questions promptly, correctly, and is pretty exact about estimates, whether it is for costs or time. Wow, the guys are really busy today. I dropped in without an appointment to see if they could help. It is Wednesday morning, and the dealership is full if cars and people and even kids everywhere. Probably g an appointment to see if they could help. It is Wednesday morning, and the dealership is full if cars and people and even kids everywhere. Probably getting ready for the holiday break. So, I turned up and after seeing how busy they are, figured I would be asked to come back another day, with an appointment. But to my surprise, I was greeted warly and told they would do everything they could to check and fix my problem, if I would just give them about 45mins to see what the problem is, and how quickly they could fix it. I doubt many dealers would offer this level of service to anyone just dropping in unannounced. Great dealer, great crew. Thanks Courtesy Chev. Look forward to buying my next car from you, maybe the new Suburban. More

I have had my car serviced at Courtesy Chevrolet for about 4 years and the experience has been great. My Service Advisor has been Tim Jackson. Erik Montano was so helpful and really paid attention to my needs. He was able to determine what I needed for my Chevrolet and within an hour I had the parts I needed and was shown a diagram explaining wha my needs.
