Wow, the guys are really busy today. I dropped in without an appointment to see if they could help. It is Wednesday morning, and the dealership is full if cars and people and even kids everywhere. So, I turned up and after seeing how busy they are, figured I would be asked to come back another day, with an appointment. But to my surprise, I was greeted warly and told they would do everything they could to check and fix my problem, if I would just give them about 45mins to see what the problem is, and how quickly they could fix it. I doubt many dealers would offer this level of service to anyone just dropping in unannounced. Great dealer, great crew. Thanks Courtesy Chev. Look forward to buying my next car from you, maybe the new Suburban. More

Joe is one of the most helpful people at Courtesy, he always greets me with a smile and really knows his job. I have had my car serviced at Courtesy Chevrolet for about 4 years and the experience has been great. My Service Advisor has been Tim Jackson. Tim has made the experience wonderful and I really feel car about 4 years and the experience has been great. My Service Advisor has been Tim Jackson. Tim has made the experience wonderful and I really feel cared for. My car has been well repaired, at the price quoted and on time. The free shuttle to and from my home has been tremendous. Erik Montano was so helpful and really paid attention to my needs. He was able to determine what I needed for my Chevrolet and within an hour I had the parts I needed and was shown a diagram explaining wha my needs. We couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service we receive at Courtesy, and most especially by Tim Jackson. He's the reason we keep coming back.
