When I took my Equinox in for its checkup, I was shuttled to Sky Harbor for a weeklong business trip. Upon my return, a phone call to Courtesy got me picked up 16 minutes later and my luggage and I were shut to Sky Harbor for a weeklong business trip. I recently purchased a new Chevy Cruiz, and when the engine light came on I thought "oh great, I have problems already!" I called the service department and was transfered to Tim Jackson. Not only did engine light came on I thought "oh great, I have problems already!" I called the service department and was transfered to Tim Jackson. Not only did he make sure I had a car to get around for work that day, but he also explained what the issue was (minor) and replaced everything for me right away. I have dealt with Tim Jackson for my oil changes the last 2 times and he has always been very courteous and kind to me. My son & I bought a 2011 Silverado at Courtesy in January 2011 and he always had the se 2 times and he has always been very courteous and kind to me.
