I recently purchased a new Chevy Cruiz, and when the engine light came on I thought "oh great, I have problems already!" I called the service department and was transfered to Tim Jackson. Not only did he make sure I had a car to get around for work that day, but he also explained what the issue was (minor) and replaced everything for me right away. I have dealt with Tim Jackson for my oil changes the last 2 times and he has always been very courteous and kind to me. My son & I bought a 2011 Silverado at Courtesy in January 2011 and he always had the se 2 times and he has always been very courteous and kind to me. I went to Courtesy Chevrolet because I had hit a curb and thought I had damaged a tire on the right front wheel. Bob Conrad went out of his way to find a replacement tire. He then said that it didn't need replacing and he didn't want to charge for something that didn't need to be done. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile. Was asked to wait for my service advisor who showed up within 4 minutes. Mr Jackson asked me what I needed done (oil change) and had me sign some standar asked to wait for my service advisor who showed up within 4 minutes. He also offered me a free car wash, when I asked how much he extended his hand and said a handshake would be good enough payment! Wow okay twist my arm I'm in for that, thanks. Mr. Jackson then showed me to their waiting room. The waiting room was awesome equipped with computers couch's, and even a mini snack bar with hot/ cold food items & drinks. By the time I was done eating and surfing on the internet my car was done. That had to be one of the best experiences I had at a dealership in a long time :) awesome!!!!
