The managers are suppose to resolve customers needs and they are the last step when escalate action is needed, I really don't know what idiot make this guy a manager he doesn't know how to treat a customer with respect he is careless manager ...Really? When I called back my sales person (Brooke Slader) and she get in title of the situation, NOW I FEEL THE DEALER REALLY CARE ABOUT MY FAMILY. More

I had to take my vehicle in to get checked out as I had brake fluid / check brake lights on. Courtesy didn't find out what was wrong per the lights but fixed my brake rotors and didn't cost a dime. The ne brake fluid / check brake lights on. Courtesy didn't find out what was wrong per the lights but fixed my brake rotors and didn't cost a dime. The next day, the lights came on again and I took it back as it didn't get fixed. I received bad news that I had to replace the master cylinder and brake booster, which was going to cost a good $700. I refused to have it fixed as the price was extremely high. A day later, my car is having problems starting - I call and ask for a service manager, Jack. I explained to him that I have been to his shop two times now within a week and a half and that I am experiencing the same problems plus now my car doesn't want to turn on half the time. After he instructed me to bring the car in, I was given a rental and a day and a half later my car was fixed. New battery, all brake parts fixed and replaced, and with sincerely great service, I was only to pay for the battery. I am very grateful for what Jack and Seainn did for me, and I am sure they would do the same for any one of their other customers. I recommend this dealership and specifically these two employees. Tim Jackson is perhaps the best service rep I have ever met. He is always friendly and positive, willing to go the extra step to ensure complete satisfaction with all work performed. And he never tries to met. He is always friendly and positive, willing to go the extra step to ensure complete satisfaction with all work performed. And he never tries to up sell parts or services if not required. I really do feel like I get value for my money, not something one can say about every dealer in town. The facilities are excellent, and they have one of the best customer longes and cafe of any dealer. Courtesy is a great company. More
Had a terrible experience with Courtesy Chevrolet. But upon bringing it to their attention, they promised to take care of my needs and so I have revised my rating from "poor" to "okay" overall. Perhaps ne upon bringing it to their attention, they promised to take care of my needs and so I have revised my rating from "poor" to "okay" overall. Perhaps next time they'll earn "great". Here is the story: Dropped car off on Sat June 30th and had a confirmed appointment, for $3,000 of work to be done. They could keep my car until Thursday July 5th as I was out of town. Thursday came and I called Eric to come pick up the car he had no idea my car was even there. He said he would call us back in a few mins. NO phone call. Showed up there 1 hour later and found out that SEAN had put all the paperwork in the car and just parked it so no one even knew it was there until we called, Eric even confessed that if we had been out of town for a month it would have still sat there unnoticed. Despite telling Eric over and over what phone number to call and then even having Sean take down correct number which he circled and put stars around it STILL every time Eric called he would call the wrong phone and we wouldn't get the message until the following day. When they did find the car and start to work on it Eric said it would be done that day or the next. No call until 3 days later and AGAIN TO THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER. On the positive side they did arrange a rental car free of charge for us due to this being all their fault...but then telling me how much the car rents for a day which I felt was unnecessary and rude. This is the same dealership that years earlier drove our car off the service ramp causing tire damage that they too had to fix. We had left them for a few years but recently returned due to our car needing a Chevy dealership to work on this problem. This was our last time. No excuse for poor customer service especially the lack of communication. We did wait for over 30 mins to speak with Jack Walker...instead a man named Scott showed up to talk as Jack was still busy. He had no real answers other than to say they would work on more training. He did say they call about 1 week after service to do a follow up...but we had this car aligned and oil changed 2 weeks ago and never received a call about that service either. Apparently no one there is good at making or returning phone calls. Scott said maybe Jessie the girl who makes those calls is behind. After talking with them and sending this report to DealerRater, Jessie got in touch promptly and promised to do whatever it took to ensure this wouldn't happen again. I also received a phone call from the top service manager at the dealership assuring me of the same thing. I will be giving Courtesy a third chance and giving them a conditional recommendation to others. This is how a company that cares about its reputation *should* act. After all, no one is perfect. More
Once I bought my Mazda from the dealer I had some issues with my A/C and it had to be fixed the dealer picked up all prices and gave me a rent-a-car. However I had to go out of town for a while and they did with my A/C and it had to be fixed the dealer picked up all prices and gave me a rent-a-car. However I had to go out of town for a while and they did not want me to keep the car for 10 days when my car would be done in 3 they were really on top of the game and had to kind of bargin with me about how long I was able to keep the car. So even though I had to cut my trip down som they were really nice and let me do my thing with the car. Herb was very nice and highly professional. More
A service advisor is supposed to work for the customer, not trying to hide the fact that the dealership has a special for exactly what I need and not tell me about it till after I singned the work order. A not trying to hide the fact that the dealership has a special for exactly what I need and not tell me about it till after I singned the work order. Also I asked for a prices of a missing hubcap and never got a price from my "service advisor" even after I asked for it multiple times. The best part is that I know that I got overcharged and I didn't get what I needed. After this rerview I did get contacted by the service department manager John Dunlap, he was verry friendly and listed to my complaint and assured me that this is not the experience he wants his customers to have. John agreed that I could have been charged less and he will talk to his service advisor about this, also he will make sure all my questions are answered. With this I would like to thank John for following up with me and resolving this issue. A now happy customer, thank you More
Courtesy Chevrolet takes my extended warranty, no problem. Mr. Jackson takes the time to listen to my list of things I want them to take a look at, asks for clarification and is specific about what w problem.
