Tim is an amazing employee who truly understands customer service and satisfaction! I am a single mom who works full time and had a full day ahead of me that consisted of: two sick kids, three doctor appoi service and satisfaction! My time that day was extremely precious and Tim clearly understood the urgency of my situation. So thank you Courtesy for having staff like Tim on your team. Tim was friendly and listened to my concerns and had everthing checked out. As it ended up the part that went bad was still under warantee, the ABS module. Other concerns of mine were checked out and I was invited to come and observe the underside of my vehicle. My oil smell sometimes in the cabin was not from oil on my engine, it was clean. He suggested that it could be because I park in an enclosed carport and fumes get in through the doors. My daughter now drives the automobile in question and she never smells oil, but then she does not park in an enclosed area. Ed. More

Excellent customer care! I needed my car fixed ASAP in order to get to work. They fit me in the SAME day and Andy helped me out majorly. set up service to be done at least three time to make sure all was a go and noone could get anthing right???? I waited over two hours for a first oil service??? I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated sure all was a go and noone could get anthing right???? I waited over two hours for a first oil service??? I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated after the truck was off the lift??? And then when my truck finally was supposed to be ready to go I still had to ask for the truck to be washed when I was sure that I made it clear that I would like it to be washed from the get go? If no shuttle service on Saturdays why not let the customer know before he showes up expecting this severice. I had two employees tell me not to worry about it, that I could bet a shuttle to my daughter in laws to wait for my truck??? Please retrain all employees in customer service...I know this dealers has done better in the past. More
