Tim was friendly and listened to my concerns and had everthing checked out. As it ended up the part that went bad was still under warantee, the ABS module. He suggested that it could be because I park in an enclosed carport and fumes get in through the doors. My daughter now drives the automobile in question and she never smells oil, but then she does not park in an enclosed area. Ed. More

Excellent customer care! I needed my car fixed ASAP in order to get to work. They fit me in the SAME day and Andy helped me out majorly. set up service to be done at least three time to make sure all was a go and noone could get anthing right???? I waited over two hours for a first oil service??? And then when my truck finally was supposed to be ready to go I still had to ask for the truck to be washed when I was sure that I made it clear that I would like it to be washed from the get go? If no shuttle service on Saturdays why not let the customer know before he showes up expecting this severice. I had two employees tell me not to worry about it, that I could bet a shuttle to my daughter in laws to wait for my truck??? Please retrain all employees in customer service...I know this dealers has done better in the past. More

I visited the Chevy dealership today in regards to my car not starting.
