Aloha, When we arrived at the dealership, we met with the Service Manager, Jack Walker. He and the owner took immediate action with this new employee. We sat and discussed our situation and resolved it to our satisfaction and know that this new employee will be receiving training on customer care. Having met several people from Courtesy Chevrolet over the past three days, I can say that this experience was not typical for this dealership. Because of the immediate action by the owner and the Service Manager, I feel that this dealership and Jack Walker are resolving the situation. Therefore, we plan to consider this a one-off experience and may use this dealership in the future for our car needs. From this experience, we learned that if we had just contacted the Service Manager, the whole situation could have been resolved quicker. Give Courtesy Chevrolet a try! They DO CARE AND HAVE BEEN SERVING PHOENIX AREA CHEBROLET OWNERS FOR OVER 50 YEARS!
