I like to know what is wrong with my car so I really appreciate Tim taking the time to explain it to me in a way that I understand. Tim will even try to save me money whenever he can, which he did this last time I brought my car in. Bought my certified pre-owned car just over a year ago from another dealership but live much closer to Courtesy. Chris Estrada worked with me to bring the price for repairs within my budget since my warranty had expired... in a friendly "want to help you out" way. As a young female who knows very little about cars but loves/adores/cherishes her adorable blue Chevy Equinox, I worry about being taken advantage of by car dealerships who sense my lack of knowledge and want to make a good service sale. Chris earned my trust on this visit and I will return to Courtesy because of this experience. I hope they maintain this level of service and affordability. Also, the huge lighted arrow sign on Camelback Rd advertising this dealership is so fabulous and soothing. I pass it on my drive home from work every day and just love it! More

He was conscientious of my limited availablity to pick up so I could start a stress free trip. Esme was very helpful and friendly when I was in a rush to pickup just before closing-explaining what was done and why. We have serviced our Hummer here when we first moved here and I would recommend coming here-they were able to get parts and have them installed quickly vs the Cadillac dealerships we have tried when recommended via the web. Last night about 2300 hours I went out to get into my car and it did not start. I submitted a online apt for the service department at courtesy chev. I got an email immediately from the customer service manger. I called at 0700 on 30 Jul 2013 and spoke to John Bertozzi. He calmed me down and was very professional. He told me I did not have to wait to bring my vehicle, in fact he told me to come right now and do not wait for my appointment time. This made me feel so good. When I arrived, he was there to meet me. He kept me up-to-date on what was going on with my vehicle. He said it was the battery and that is was under warranty. This was the best customer service I have received at a dealership service area. He even bought me coffee. I was thinking this guy needs to be promoted. His customer service was way above what I expected. He called me after I left to make sure everything was ok with the vehicle. I will always bring my vehicle back to them and if I buy another one I will start here first. More
