Esme was very helpful and friendly when I was in a rush to pickup just before closing-explaining what was done and why. We have serviced our Hummer here when we first moved here and I would recommend coming here-they were able to get parts and have them installed quickly vs the Cadillac dealerships we have tried when recommended via the web. Last night about 2300 hours I went out to get into my car and it did not start. I submitted a online apt for the service department at courtesy chev. I got an email immediately from the customer service manger. I called at 0700 on 30 Jul 2013 and spoke to John Bertozzi. He calmed me down and was very professional. He told me I did not have to wait to bring my vehicle, in fact he told me to come right now and do not wait for my appointment time. This made me feel so good. When I arrived, he was there to meet me. He kept me up-to-date on what was going on with my vehicle. He said it was the battery and that is was under warranty. This was the best customer service I have received at a dealership service area. He even bought me coffee. I was thinking this guy needs to be promoted. His customer service was way above what I expected. He called me after I left to make sure everything was ok with the vehicle. I will always bring my vehicle back to them and if I buy another one I will start here first. More

I purchased a car several weeks ago and needed to get parts installed into my vehicle. I was told to go to the service department to complete this service. I had just left the dealership about 10 miles down the road ran over a giant piece of metal which punctured my right rear tire. I brough my silverado to get some maintence done and I was completely satisfied with the service. I had a transmission leak in my Saturn Outlook. By leak, I mean it was BLEEDING fluid. I originally took it to the dealership next door where I bought it. They researched the situration and told me that I was still covered by the factory warranty. This, of course, was great news to me. Andy took delivery of my car, and thoroughly inspected it and found a couple of other situations with it, also covered under my warranty. After arranging a loaner car for me, because he said he was going to end up having it "a while". I was pleasantly surprised when 2 days later Andy called to say my car was ready for pickup. Long story short, I am most please with the service I received at Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix AZ, and with Andy Smith in particular. They even washed my Outlook for me before I picked it up.
