Tim Jackson is my service adviser. Tim has an excellent, positive attitude in his job. I can always be assured of Tim's competence to be sure the 2012 Tahoe of mine is properly serviced. On or about 6:30am on Monday I am there and so is Tim. He always gives me a coupon to redeem for bottled water. I do not do coffee. Tim is very experienced in his job. This gives me the confidence in him to know that he will oversee the work to be done on a given day. Tim will brief me on the status of the car as the service continues.
