My suburban check engine light went on and it was Saturday afternoon. I drove my car there and did not have a ride for me and my children and the rental car was closed for the day. I was called on Monday and my car was ready for pickup either that evening or the next day, which ever worked better with my schedule. Tim Jackson was there early as I had to work in the afternoon and needed to get my car serviced quickly. Tim met me at the service entry and took charge of my service needs. Brought my 2011 Cruze in for 25000 mile service, oil change, tire rotation. Tim was very alert to a coolant smell which ended up being my water pump leaking and needing replacing. Tim Jackson is my service adviser. Tim has an excellent, positive attitude in his job. I can always be assured of Tim's competence to be sure the 2012 Tahoe of mine is properly serviced. On or about 6:30am on Monday I am there and so is Tim. He always gives me a coupon to redeem for bottled water. I do not do coffee. Tim is very experienced in his job.
