Took my Tahoe in for service for one problem, but they couldn't find anything wrong. Tim Jackson and the mechanics heard some other noises on the front end and Tim called me to tell me so we could change couldn't find anything wrong. I have an older Tahoe and regularly bring it in for service at Courtesy Chevrolet since 1999. I have had 2 service advisors during those 14 years and appreciate the many changes made. Being that my vehicle is older, service visits produce some surprises about unscheduled things that need to be done for safety, performance, etc. Tim Jackson maintains excellent contact during these service visits, explaining and advising about needed work, getting my OK, and getting the job done. His efforts are greatly appreciated. The troubleshooting and work are greatly appreciated; thereby allowing me to travel in me 1996 Tahoe with confidence. More
I've had 2 poor experiences while having my car serviced at Courtesy Chevrolet. The first time was while waiting for an oil change. I asked when I arrived how long it was going to take and was advi serviced at Courtesy Chevrolet. The first time was while waiting for an oil change. I asked when I arrived how long it was going to take and was advised approximately an hour and half. After about an hour I decided to step outside, where I happened to be able to view my vehicle on the lift with no one working on it. I waited outside for 45 minutes and no one touched my vehicle. I then searched out my service advisor and asked when it would be done. He looked and said it was completed. So basically they made me wait 45 minutes for no reason. I find it very rude of the service department to not value the customer's time. The second experience was also for an oil change. When they pulled my car up, I instantly noticed that my rear bumper was pulled off slightly and scrapes on the rear quarter panel. They did take it in for repairs and provide a rental car, but it was very upsetting that they would damage the vehicle and attempt to return it without advising me about it and hoping that I would not notice. More

Took my Tahoe in for an oil change. Made an appointment for the service. Arrived and was greet graciously. Time to write service order was expedited and I was asked if they could provide transportation t for the service. Arrived and was greet graciously. Time to write service order was expedited and I was asked if they could provide transportation to my office instead of waiting. Accepted the transportation and was picked up by a very nice gentleman who cheauffeured me to the office. Later I received a call with an update on the Service from Tim Jackson. He also advised I could pick up the vehicle in a short time and again offered to pick me up at my office. Within a few minutes I received a call at my office from the van driver advising they would pick me up in about 5-minutes. Arrived back at the dealership and again was greeted by Tim Jackson who explained the service, wished me and my family a Happy Holiday season and I was on my way. Tim Jackson is an exceptional service adviser I would recommend to anyone. He is sincere, honest and has the I Care attitude. Courtesy is also a dealership who I feel is focused on customer service and not how many vehicles they can push out on the streets. Certainly a different attitude than most dealerships who operate on volume sales with Tigers eating at your wallet when you reach the showroom door. More
My experience with Tim Jackson was great as usual. My issue is with the extra charges on my bill. I was charged $2.50 for an administration fee. What is that? I was charged $1.42 and the explanation issue is with the extra charges on my bill. I was charged $2.50 for an administration fee. What is that? I was charged $1.42 and the explanation is customer pay shop charge for repair order. What is that? Not only was I charged these crazy amounts, I was taxed on them. The amount is not the issue, but when did we start getting charged for admin fees and repair orders. Isn't that included in the warranty work and the labor charges we already pay? More

Took my Tahoe (that I bought from them a year ago, I could not be happier with it) for its first service today. The whole process went perfectly fine.
