I came home from 15 days in the hospital to find my '08 Silverado virtually dead. It appeared to be the alarm system that had been installed when I purchased the truck that was causing the problem. Well, I called my service adviser and friend Tim Jackson for help. I was so weak from the hospital stay and surgery that all I could do was explain the problem and ask Tim for his help. This was something that in reality should have gone through and been coordinated by the Pro Shop rather than normal service but Tim didn't hesitate. I had AAA so he said get it towed and he'd take care of it whatever it was. The next day Tim called, said the truck was up and running and it was only a very small labor charge ($30). The amount wasn't important but the fact that I had my truck back was huge. He sent a driver to pick me up, took me to the dealership and I was on my way shortly. Knowing that people like Tim Jackson are there and have my back gives me tremendous peace of mind. It also means that I will keep coming back to Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix as long as I'm buying vehicles. I never knew Tim before he became my service adviser but I now truly consider him a friend. Tim has always taken very good care of both me and my Avalanche. All I do is call him and he usually has me in the next day. The problem is taken care of in a very timely manner. The service at Courtesy is always excellent. The service representative, Tim Jackson, is personable, friendly, courteous, and very efficient. He greets us warmly as we arrive. Took my Tahoe in for service for one problem, but they couldn't find anything wrong. Being that my vehicle is older, service visits produce some surprises about unscheduled things that need to be done for safety, performance, etc. Tim Jackson maintains excellent contact during these service visits, explaining and advising about needed work, getting my OK, and getting the job done. His efforts are greatly appreciated. The troubleshooting and work are greatly appreciated; thereby allowing me to travel in me 1996 Tahoe with confidence. More

Took my Tahoe in for an oil change. Made an appointment for the service. Arrived and was greet graciously. Time to write service order was expedited and I was asked if they could provide transportation t for the service. Arrived and was greet graciously. Accepted the transportation and was picked up by a very nice gentleman who cheauffeured me to the office. Later I received a call with an update on the Service from Tim Jackson. He also advised I could pick up the vehicle in a short time and again offered to pick me up at my office. Within a few minutes I received a call at my office from the van driver advising they would pick me up in about 5-minutes. Arrived back at the dealership and again was greeted by Tim Jackson who explained the service, wished me and my family a Happy Holiday season and I was on my way. Tim Jackson is an exceptional service adviser I would recommend to anyone. He is sincere, honest and has the I Care attitude. Courtesy is also a dealership who I feel is focused on customer service and not how many vehicles they can push out on the streets. Certainly a different attitude than most dealerships who operate on volume sales with Tigers eating at your wallet when you reach the showroom door. More
