My first encounter with Tim was last year when my son asked to towed my car to your center by accident. My first thought was to take my car to the place I always take my car for any service. After a detail conversation about what had happened to my car I decided to leave the my car on his hands. He was respectful, and customer oriented. After a complete inspection of my car, he suggested me what else needed to be done. Today, when I felt that something was wrong with the brakes, I did not hesitate, I called Tim and told him how important it was for me to bring the car in immediately.
