In 2000 we bought a new Camaro. We first met Tim Jackson when we brought the vehicle in for its first scheduled service. Since that time Tim has always been our Service Advisor. We had peace of mind knowing that he would take care of us and of our vehicle. He works very hard for his customers and always ensures that they are completely satisfied. Since having the 2000 Camaro serviced the last time, we purchased a 2014 Camaro. When we decided to buy a new car, we knew it would be a Camaro and that it would be from Courtesy Chevrolet. For us the deciding factor was Tim. We didn't want to lose him as our Service Advisor and wanted to continue our relationship with him and the Service Department. We cannot say enough good things about Tim. He is a wonderful person to work with in the maintenance of our vehicle, and he is definitely an "asset" to Courtesy. You are to be commended on the quality of employees you have. More

My first encounter with Tim was last year when my son asked to towed my car to your center by accident. My first thought was to take my car to the place I always take my car for any service. However, when I talked with Tim, over the phone, he explained he wanted permission \wanted my authorization to check what was going on. After a detail conversation about what had happened to my car I decided to leave the my car on his hands. He was respectful, and customer oriented. After a complete inspection of my car, he suggested me what else needed to be done. Today, when I felt that something was wrong with the brakes, I did not hesitate, I called Tim and told him how important it was for me to bring the car in immediately. He received me with the same courtesy and the car was fixed. He has gained my trust. More
