My new 2014 Traverse had a problem with the steering wheel heater--it would come on spontaneously and would be too hot to handle. It was solved after discussions locally and nationally. I guess this was the first reported case of this problem Everything is fine now. Then, just two days ago we were again stumped as to why power was not going from plug to trailer. After investigation it was found that a connection was not installed correctly at the factory. I look forward to many years of a positive relationship with him. I guess I should mention my salesman who I am extremely happy with as well. O.J. Vanegas has been the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I also plan to purchase from him in the future when the need arises. More
