I had visited the service department several months ago for basic service (oil change) for my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer and vowed never to go back for service or sales again. In brief, I had presented some c for basic service (oil change) for my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer and vowed never to go back for service or sales again. In brief, I had presented some coupons to the advisor he assured me the one for $19.99 would work the best for me and my vehicle. Unfortunately for me, my bill wasn't anything near $19.99 - it was for $60.00. The advisor had changed demeanor and his arrogance came through …When I asked to speak with a manager, I was taken to a gentleman who was just as arrogant as the advisor and repeatedly stated there was nothing he could do. Then he wrote something on the back of his card, handed it to me and said he would like to give me a free tire rotation. I left and threw the card out, and drove home with knots in my stomach and complete disappointment. On Friday 3/14/14 my husband asked me to take our 2007 Saturn Outlook to Courtesy for an oil change. I really wasn’t looking forward to visiting Courtesy at all…I arrived during my lunch break and immediately greeted with what appeared to be genuinely nice and professional people offering to help. Then Tim Jackson got vehicle checked in and set me up with a ride back to work. From start to finish Tim was consistently outstanding. I was blown away that I was treated so wonderfully and that he didn’t blow me off. My experience on Friday was the complete opposite of my previous visit. Also, my bill was exactly what I was told it would be. There weren’t any surprises with the invoice and I truly appreciate that. Tim really is friendly and understands “customer service”, and because of him I will return to Courtesy. The gentlemen that provided me with a courtesy ride to and from work, the cashier, literally everyone there at Courtesy were outstanding and friendly. Whatever the change was within the last several months, it has been noticed. More

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to fix an oil leak. Not only did they give me a free rental, but they upgraded it to a truck so I could get some moving done!
