Went in for an oil change on my car and worked with Tim Jackson. He was fantastic! He was quick to get us settled and my car moving along for the service it needed even though it was 7AM and already busy Jackson. He was fantastic! He let me know what services were recommended (tire rotation and air filter) but was also very honest that it could be done this time or next time. Other places I've gotten my oil changed in the past always act as though every single item is an emergency or the car will break down so it was always hard to take them seriously. Now I know what needs to be done in the near future so I can make sure to get it done but if something in the future does need immediate attention I think that I would be able to trust that recommendation because I didn't feel like he was just trying to push added services onto me. We were in and out very quickly and I will be working with Tim in the future for sure! More
