He had my car serviced on time (in an hour and half) and also fixed a recall problem in that small window of time so that I wouldn't have to return the following week. I also asked for a quote to fix a dent that happened when I was sideswiped on the freeway (the guy took off). After my truck was done the shuttle picked me up from work at the scheduled time which is very convenient.The detailed quote I needed was waiting in my freshly washed truck when I got in it.
