Had an electrical problem that is extremely hard to resolve when that problem doesn’t present itself at the time of examination and of course it didn’t. The Courtesy service mechanics did everything po resolve when that problem doesn’t present itself at the time of examination and of course it didn’t. The Courtesy service mechanics did everything possible to isolate the issue but after three days couldn’t get the car to duplicate the issue therefore they said that I should take the car and wait for the electrical issue to show back up again and then they will try again to fix it. I brought my truck in for service . I recently had it at another dealership out of state. The other dealership told me I needed a part that was back ordered . Out for a quick sale. Purchased a car that did not even make it home the first night and problems since.
