I'll start with the service after the sale since that's what keeps me coming back. Anyone can luck out and get a good deal when making an initial purchase. If, however, you're not treated as a valued customer with honesty and respect AFTER the sale you have no reason to continue as a customer and you certainly wouldn't return for any additional purchases. Well, Tim Jackson is my service adviser and he really takes care of me. I trust him (which is a really big deal) and respect his opinion. Today I was in for a GM Safety Recall and Tim had me in and out in less than an hour. Tim's not the only good service adviser but I've got to think he's one of the best. He even assisted me in the purchase of my truck. Speaking of which, Mike Strickland bent over backwards to get the right truck and the right deal for me.
