I was interested in buying a new car as my Mercedes was sadly coming to an end. I was very interested in buying a Ford Flex and on a whim, I stopped in to test drive a Chevy Tahoe. Jeff Wondo was my sale sadly coming to an end. I was very interested in buying a Ford Flex and on a whim, I stopped in to test drive a Chevy Tahoe. Jeff Wondo was my sales person and he brought over a Tahoe to look at and drive. I wasn't impressed with this Tahoe and really wasn't interested in looking at other Tahoe's. Jeff listened to me and my wants and needs. He wasn't pushy and never tried to talk me into anything I didn't want to look at. I was practically walking out the door when he asked me to come into the showroom and look at a Chevy Traverse. I did, and needless to say, I fell in love! This car had everything I was looking for and everything that my Mercedes lacked. Finding the car that I loved was the hardest part...Jeff made all of the financing and the bottom line numbers the easiest (which is usually the hardest)! Everything went smooth from that point forward. I've been to the dealership a couple times since for maintenance appointments, and things have always run smooth. Courtesy Chevrolet is just that - Courteous! I highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet and if you have a chance to work with Jeff Wondo, you've got it made!! More

We are not new to car shopping at various dealerships and have had various experiences over the years. We knew we wanted a small SUV and we were excited when we were introduced to the Equinox. Our salesman, Jeff, took us on a test drive and made sure that we learned all the in's and out's of this vehicle. My concern was that I didn't want to just settle on a car on the lot. Jeff took his time and explained that we could sit down with him and actually build the car we wanted. We selected everything from the exterior color, interior leather, navigation, sound system, and we upgraded to 6 cy. The backup camera is a real lifesaver. What we chose may not be important to everyone, but it was perfect for us. I LOVE that my car isn't like everyone else's . Jeff made it all simple, and it was such a thrill when he called that our car was delivered, totally worth the wait! We feel we got a great deal, and David in finance made the paperwork a breeze. More

After we made the purchase, Joey took it upon himself to help us set up our radio and help link both of our cell phones to our Bluetooth feature. We were looking for a very specific Chevy Aveo 5. We shopped online for a week and were contacted by 7 dealers vying for our business. It was the first time we ever bought a car that the dealer didn't try to sell us what they wanted to put us in or what we qualified for. We saved a great deal of money as well. Great overall experience. Test drove, finalized paperwork and we were on the road in 3 hours. More
The sales person, Kelly Williams was friendly, very helpful in his knowledge of the product, and extremely nice and accommidating. Everyone else was the same on all levels that we delt with, from fina helpful in his knowledge of the product, and extremely nice and accommidating. This dealer is scamming people in the finance department. Once Your ready to sign I was told if I purchased An extended warranty my apr would lower. If I didn't it would be higher. This didn't seem logical to me so i recorded the whole conversation with David(finance person I was dealing with). They are scamming me with almost $3,500! After talking to my lawyer this in fact was a scam the apr has nothing to do with you purchasing a warranty, the apr is affected by your fico score only. I will be asking the dealer to fix this of not I will be taking them to court I have proof they lied. I will be contacting the state attorney and better business bureau. More
I would recommend the service Department as long as you deal with Tim Jackson. I am sure the rest of the employees are as good, but Tim by far is the best. I was told that I got the military discount along with the current incentives, when in fact that promise was not kept. Even going to Government Motors President, I did not get a reply. I had referred my in law's and they also bought a Equinox like mind. O'Jay told me I would get a referral fee. After 5 months and leaving notes on his desk and phone messages that went un-anserwed and going to management I received a $100. check. xxxx, even management did not want to part with the money. Stupid me, while having my car serviced, I ask O'Jay to give me a price on a 2010 Chevy Silverado for my wife. He of course wanted to make the deal then. I mentioned that I wanted check another dealers price. He told me I was given the best price and another dealer couldn't beat it. Well Brown & Brown Chevrolet in Mesa did beat it by many hundreds of dollars and the sales staff were just supper and put in extra step bars, permeant bed liner, dash mat and other little things to make it a nice buying experience. At another service call, O'Jay saw me and asked If I got that" great deal" from the other dealer, sort of rudely. Of-course I did. This company is long on promises and short on commitment. I would not purchase from this dealership again, However the service department is great with Tim Jackson there. More
