I wasn’t at the dealership, I’m rating their service dept. as average. I have done oil changes for the past 7 yrs at sands Chevrolet, they offer me coffee, water,or refreshments while I waited; not on dept. as average. This only thing is that Courtesy is so popular and so many more people flock to Phoenix, workers are swamped and cannot always keep you updated with the progress on one's vehicle. I was quoted one price but got charged another price. I was told that I would get $1,000.00 off if I financed the car so I financed the car but did not get the discount. I said I wanted an additional 2000.00 off and the salesman agreed but the contract did not represent what we both agreed on. I was there between 4-5 hours and it was a terrific waste of my time. They are a bait and switch type of place. it is unlikely that i would ever buy another car from them. More
