Both were willing to work out any deal they could without the added pressure most dealerships have thrown upon me in the past. I was set on test driving a 2015 Chevy Colorado on second visit to the dealership. Both Alex and Andy went the extra mile to find me one to test drive when none were available at the moment. On the third day I was ready to get the deal done. Even after a having a bad morning experience at my credit union, Alex Schwimmer was able to change my bad morning to a relaxing one by getting me a cup of coffee from their cafe. Since there were no 2015 Chevy Colorado's on the lot currently to purchase I was still able to purchase one of the two arriving in one to two months. Since I was trading in a vehicle towards the purchase they set me up with a loaner in the meantime while I wait for my new 2015 Chevy Colorado to arrive. Now that is customer service!! The type that makes you feel like you are family. The customer service of Alex and Andy is what makes Courtesy Chevrolet-Phoenix a very comfortable experience. Called to set up appointment on a Friday and was able to get in the following Monday and have a car to use ready for me as well. Immediately upon arrival, car was taken to determine issue and before I made it back home received a call for my service representative Curt Petri advising me that they had determined the problem and were already working on it. The problem was a broken motor mount. Once that was completed they also ran additional tests to determine that nothing else was wrong. Had my car back the next day which had also been washed and vacuumed as requested. Nancy was wonderful with providing me with a car to use and Curt was awesome in handling the resolution in a timely manner. More

Robert has a way with people that not only makes you feel like you're the number one priority but you know the work will be timely and done right. The service was completed quickly, my truck was washed and delivered to me in perfect condition. My wait was pleasant and the latte was superb. I recommend Courtesy Chevrolet every chance I get for both sales and service. Now if you all can get Colorado branded stuff in your Pro Shop! I need a cap! LOL More
