The finance department clearly misrepresented their extended warranty and maintenance plan. This is worst experience I have ever had. They left me without a car a week before Christmas. THEY KEPT SAYS THEY WERE WORKING ON MY DRIVERS WINDOW. MY WINDOW STILL LEAKS. My car broke down while on the way to an important doctors appointment. I went to the dealership with the tow truck driver. They sent me to a rental car company on to find out I needed a code from the dealership to get a car.I couldnt reach anyone for a couple hours. Then they said it would be a couple days until they could verify what was wrong to give them a code. I was tweenty miles from home. I had to call a friend to come and get me. I was another week I didn't have a car. Then I notice my car had been wrecked. I bought a certified car. I went to the dealership. I was there four hours with my son. They would not give me a copy of my carfax to prove I signed it. So they promised to sell me a car of similar value. They wanted to give me only $13,OOO for my car when out the door I spent over $24,000. They wanted me to buy a car with a $200 more car payment when on retirement I only make $975 month with a $475 month car payment. I was so mad!!! To this day I still can't get a copy of any of my paperwork and there are no documents on the blank zip drive they gave me. Any advise. More
