If Google allowed me to, I would put a -5 stars . Unprofessional dealership !! - I found the one and only Duramax diesel Chevy Suburban in the state of Arizona . -I worked with a salesman . I will be somewhat decent and not mention his name !! - Salesman works a deal with me and tells me he needs a DEPOSIT OF $500 to hold vehicle . - I paid $500 to hold the vehicle . - Once I paid the $500 deposit low and behold , it was delivered from the rail yard to Courtesy Chevrolet . -I came in Saturday / April 26th at 10AM to check vehicle and test drive !! -Salesman asks me when I am making decision ?? I told him when wife gets off shift with the Fire Department !! -Salesman said that is OK. I will hold the vehicle and park it in the back to hide it but it is held BECAUSE I PUT A DEPOSIT THE SALESMAN SAID I NEEDED TO HOLD THE VEHCLE FOR ME !!!!!!!! - I left and test drove another vehicle across the street just to make sure if there was any other vehicle . - Sales manager calls later in the day and asks me what is going on with my decision ??? -I told him I explained everything to the sales guy !!! - I said I was waiting for my wife who is answering 911 calls as firefighter before I make my decision !! - He said he really need a to know because he has had several inquires . - I text my wife and she says YES, we want the diesel !!! - I tell the Sales manager let’s do it and he says I will get everything ready for you to come in and make this an easy process . - I am excited to go pick it up !! -Sales manager calls back 30 minutes later and said “I AM SORRY BUT WE ALREADY SOLD IT “” THE VEHICLE I PUT A DEPOSIT ON !! -Sales manager said we weren’t sure what you were going to do so we sold it !! - We thought you would but it this morning !! -YOUR SALES GUY KNEW WHAT I WAS DOING AND SAID THAT WAS OK!!!!!!!!!!! - Sales manager said SORRY, but we didn’t know what your intentions were -why in the xxxx did you not communicate with me and call me and ask me sooner?????????? - I thought that’s what the deposit was for to hold the vehicle for me Because I could not make a good decision without my wife who was a firefighter working on duty!!! - Got me deposit back !! -WHOEVER WILL READ THIS AND HOPEFULLY WILL THINK BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!! -ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR BOTTOM DOLLAR AND NOT THE CUSTOMERS AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR NON-COMMUNICATION AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SALES TACTICS!!!!! -I WILL NEVER EVER EVER SET FOOT OR TELL ANYBODY TO EVER GO TO THE DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN!!!!!! !
