Our goal is always to provide our guests with transparent and exceptional service, and it’s clear we fell short of your expectations this time. To address the situation, we understand you were shown two vehicle options: the first priced at $65,000 with $8,500 in GM savings and rebates, and the second at $58,000 with $13,000 in savings and rebates. We also increased the value of your trade-in to accommodate your $18000 in negative equity. Unfortunately, since it was late and after normal business hours the storage lot was closed, we weren’t able to physically show you the second vehicle at that time, though the sales person did provide the vehicle details, including the MSRP. We were able to meet your target payment on the lesser priced vehicle. We’re sorry for any miscommunication regarding the vehicle selection and your expectations. Your trust is important to us, and as loyal Chevy fans, we value your business immensely.
