I was not satisfied with my purchase. The car was good. But I pay a little over because an employee forgot to put the mark up tag on the car that I bought .I should’ve have been honor and The car was good. It’s not my fault is someone is not doing there job.. At this point it doesn’t matter to you . The car was bought cash . So you got your money. That’s what is all about anyways . It’s not about the customer. I ask to speak to the manager to address the issue. But Rockey didn’t bother to get him for me. He just wanted his good commission. So next time I want to buy another car. I go take my business somewhere else . More

Ramon and Chad were really great really easy to work with. We had everything figured out the day before everything was going smoothly until it was time to do all the paperwork. As a small business owner, I'm always changing out trucks so we always come prepared with our own financing. We always do an option contract. I know every dealer likes to try matching the rate so that they can provide financing. This time that was not possible and the finance guy pretty much called my wife a liar when she told him what our rate was going to be through our credit union. He went as far as printing out their rates online and said there was no way they would give me that rate. My wife showed him the pre-approval email from my credit union and his attitude got even xxxxter. I came down there with a down payment of $25,000 and pretty much felt disrespected. At the end of the day, it is what it is. You should never judge a book by its cover. More

Took them 3 hours to complete a cabin air filter change and tire rotation. On top of that my calls were ignored until voice-mail or transferred into nothing at minimum 8 times.
