The experience we had purchasing a vehicle from Courtesy Chevrolet was top notch. From Christa and Mike on the sales floor to Fernando in the contract office, I felt like I was being treated more as a frien Chevrolet was top notch. Christa welcomed our questions and explained the entire purchasing process. She was simply a joy to work with. Fernando was a very personable contract officer, and he explained all of our options in easy to understand terms. Neither of them were pushy salespeople, and because of this, they were trustworthy. Lastly, our new Traverse is amazing. My husband even talks about how much he likes the vehicle, which he has never done in our almost 20 years of marriage! Kudos to Courtesy Chevrolet! More
I had a service appointment for my 2020 Chevy equinox to do an oil change and a tire rotation. The last time I had done this, the service guy acted like he didn’t trust his own people to have done the work do an oil change and a tire rotation. The last time I had done this, the service guy acted like he didn’t trust his own people to have done the work and said something like “if they really did that I rotation.“ That upset me and I didn’t want to come back but I had bought a package of 3 and had not documented that poor visit as I didn’t wanna get him in trouble. I found out he’s left and I dealt with a new guy named Luis, who was absolutely fantastic! He completely guaranteed all the work and everything was done perfectly. Even the car wash at the end of the visit was much better than I’ve ever had before. they actually dried the car before I picked it up. The only reason I held back one star and gave them only four is that when I checked out, the printed invoice, had a big streak of white in it due to a bad printer ink problem, and I can’t read that invoice. A big company like this should have a spare on hand to replace such things. The other thing is that when it came time for me to check out , they forgot to schedule me to get work done that was part of a recall which we talked about when I first got there. Both of those may not seem important but to get five stars I think they need to be perfect. In any case I now look forward to my next visit because of the change in People and the wonderful attitude and sense of customer service that Luis, has. I rated the people that I dealt with as I also talked with a few other people, and they were all stellar! I bought a pretty pink key, cover and interacted with a few people there, and they were wonderful as well. More

It was the only time I felt uncomfortable and wish I had done some of my own research beforehand to make better choices. I also should've financed through my credit union first because what the dealership offered me was absurd with a credit score above 820. Thats completely my fault for not coming more prepared. I'll be buying another car from them soon and will definitely go in better prepared to pay for exactly what I feel is important and not a dime more. Overall, Solon and Alex were cool guys that moved me through an often tedious and tiresome affair with ease. Thanks again guys! More
