I was traveling from the Nashville area and wanted specifics before driving to the dealership. Richard did a great job helping me assess the car from out of town and worked quickly and enthusiastically with me to get into the car. Richard connected me to Bias Tilford. Bias was genuine, kind, and able to address the needs I had when arriving at the dealership. I can honestly say that we left not just as acquaintances through a business deal, instead we are friends.
