Great Service Experience. I had an appointment for regular service maintenance on January 22, 2020. Caleb Clark was my service adviser. Terrible Experience. Do NOT take your car here for repairs. My car broke down and I had it taken in to this dealer for repairs. First off, it took them like 4 days to even figure out what was wrong with it. And My car broke down and I had it taken in to this dealer for repairs. First off, it took them like 4 days to even figure out what was wrong with it. And then when they did, they told me that the car needed a new thermostat and water pump, totaling roughly $1,150. That was already a little more than the trade-in value, but it was near the holidays and I needed my car back ASAP so I could get back home. Two days later, the car broke down again. Absolutely nothing was fixed. I had it taken back, and they told me that the car needed a new radiator, which would have been an additional $850. So by this point, the cost of repairs was well over the trade-in value, and $1,150 went down the drain after driving the "fixed" car for 48 hours and then the car breaking down again. So then I had to schedule a one-way flight home and get a new car at a dealership near my hometown over Thanksgiving break (I found better deals there for the make & model than here in Louisville). This entire process took about 3 weeks, I lost $1,150 and never got my car back. I cannot stress this enough: do NOT go here for repairs. More
Exceptional Customer Service Joe Heun provided exceptional customer service to me when I got my truck serviced. I have an extended vehicle protection plan, but failed to mention Joe Heun provided exceptional customer service to me when I got my truck serviced. I have an extended vehicle protection plan, but failed to mention that when I turned my truck in...no matter, Joe knew that and called them to get the pre-authorization for the needed repairs. I was not able to pick up my truck until after he had left for the day and only then realized my mistake. Had it not been for Joe, the repairs would have come directly out of my pocket. I truly appreciate him seeking them out and doing that for me. He was friendly, listened to my concerns, and made sure the repairs were done right. He is a great representative of the organization.
