I want to thank Jack and the crew for getting me in quickly for a needed oil change when an emergency doctor appointment was scheduled at the Cleveland Clinic for our daughter who is handicapped and ha quickly for a needed oil change when an emergency doctor appointment was scheduled at the Cleveland Clinic for our daughter who is handicapped and having severe health problems. The original oil change appointment was scheduled later in the week but I felt the long drive would not be good for the car without the oil change. They say service keeps customers. The excellent care Courtesy Buick has provided us will make me buy another vehicle from them. More

Worked with Addison Burrows and his "Manager", They did not return calls and lied to me about the availability of a 3500 Sierra truck that they had in Transit. One minute it was available for pre-sale and not return calls and lied to me about the availability of a 3500 Sierra truck that they had in Transit. One minute it was available for pre-sale and the next day they would not sell the vehicle for no stated reason. DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership or from Addison Burrows. More
