My car was running well when I brought it in. When I picked it up, I drove 10 miles and the engine started smoking, the car started shaking, and I couldn't drive over 15 mph. Buick is not taking responsibility claiming "underlying issues." Awfully coincidental that my car breaks down right after I pick it up from them. I asked if the work done could have exasperated the "underlying issue" and I was assured no. They did refund me for the work they had done but not for my car. More
Bought 2010GMC 350 duramax from them . Engine showed emissions issue . Called to set up appt , they NEVER called back . Called Virgilios diesel repair , in Shelbyville , and they fixed the next day at , I’m guessing 1/3 the cost of the dealer . This is the second problem with this dealer . The first time they failed to notice a crack in the fuel injector , and def fluid was coming into my cab ( over a year ) . Kept telling me my cab was not clean ( dust or mud on the floor mat ) and said to change air filter ! It’s a farm truck ! Bought some hay in Shelbyville from a farmer last week and he was looking at a new truck with them , I discouraged him and told him to go to Lagrange GMC dealer . There are alternatives to poor service and incompetent clerks that follow up in service ! More

Filled complaint w GM along with Better business Bureau. Was told dealers are raising prices $10k more because of being 2024, New technology along with limited stock. buys beware, I couldn’t get a new truck from this dealership during covid, Now there price Gouging customers. Was a much better dealership under S. Swope ownership. More
